Job Description: Administration: Preparing all administrative letters. Preparing all Administrative Documents such as internal notes, memo, lease contracts etc. Follow & Prepare letters in order to solve all ACTED requirement with governmental /NGOs offices. Preparing employment contract for National staff, in collect all information required for contract. (ID card, health, EOBI cards, photos,identification information, reference etc.) Supervise the Admin Assistant performances and support them in routine works. Make sure the Admin FLAT procedures are implemented and following regularly.
